Attendant Care

  • Attendant Care Services (ATC):
PDA will provide a trained direct care worker (DCW) to help a member create or maintain safe and healthy living conditions. The DCW also assists with maintaining personal cleanliness and activities of daily living. PDA workers received training and are tested to ensure their ability to provide essential services.

Habilitation Care

  • Habilitation Support-Hourly and Daily (HAH):
PDA provides methods and training to increase a member’s ability to become more independent and improve their life skills. As a teaching service, it is often provided during habilitation activities (for example, learning to cook a meal or balance a checkbook). This service may be provided in a member’s home or their community.

Respite Care

  • Respite Care Hourly & Daily Services (RSP):
PDA provides a trained person to supervise and care for a member for a short period to relieve caregivers. Or provide relief to a family member who resides and provide care for a DDD member. By determining the member’s routine plan of care from the member’s caregiver, we can support the member’s social, emotional, and physical needs.
